Not quite sure I understand what happened

So MMAT sold 25,000,000 shares at .60 c to raise about $12M, diluting from 75M shares to 100M shares, and wiped out $12,000,000 in debt, and went up .50c today.. impressive, though why??!! Not clearly a gain for investors in the company......

I'm with you, they maybe able to pull this once as it gets rid of debt but too often and they'll kill the goose. The other reason it's going up is word is leaking out and the big boys are sniffing around. These guys have an awesem selection of product. I just went to metameterial stock robinhood and they had the best breakdown of all the potential products with a potential $$$ number ...more
