CEO/Director Van Fleet has resigned https://www.micromeminc.com/082818-2/ When the CEO of 10 years resigns, it's either a very good or very bad thing. The SP is up 40% this morning, so apparently the market see this as a good thing?
Was Van Fleet forced to resign I wonder? If so, was it because of the company's long track record of just plodding along without any real success? Is there some deal for sensors or even an acquisition possibility he was an obstacle to? Did he pissoff someone at Chevron? Or maybe just got tired of their excrutiatingly long trials?
Hopefully whatever it was that precipitated the CEO's ouster will play itself out to our benefit.
