RE:RE:RE:So what does tomorrow bring for priceLiterally every thread on every stock chat site talks about the shorts hurting their stock. Its easy to blame some evil entity for the poor performance of your stock. There is more truth to it on MVMD then the average stock because this stock took on a very "promotional " feel to it and was driven to a valuation that was quite ahead of where it should have been. A short group smelled the overvaluation, knew that tons of cheap paper was coming free trading soon, and pounced. That really is history. Shorts aren't strapping on big positions anymore as there isn't enough meat on the bones to compensate for the risk. The reality is, there is still lots of cheap paper coming out and thats where we are. All science aside, this deal was poorly structured from the beginning. Too many shares outstanding- should have consolidated, and a very questionable financing by issuing over 5.5m shares at .07 to release itself from 400 000 debt......did no one have the pocket money to pay that out? Shorts had a hand in creating this mess, but management has to eat some humble pie for a very poorly structured deal. Guess its up to the company to string together some decent news to give MVMD a second life. Hopefully they don't need to go back to the well for more cash anytime soon...
