RE: MWR - Created by FitzgeraldI think your overlapping issues SD.In February, 2010 Brent Johnson claimed he and MWR knew NOTHING about the Ranspot/Fitzgerald litigation against Barrick Goldstrike in 1989. In other words, IMHO, MWR knew nothing about ABX until December, 2009 (through a Set of Interrogatory Questions from the Widow of Fitzgerald)MWR was well aware of ABX, they just didn't know about the Ranspot/Fitzgerald litigation.
