1. Do tenants pay a flat rate or is the lease linked to the value of the product? Do you need to wait for sales to earn revenue from a tenant?. What other sources of revenue such as consulting will there be?

Tenants pay the lease linked to the value of the product. Yes we need to wait for sales to earn revenue from the tenant. Other sources of revenue are land lease, water, marketing, packaging, Hydro, growing consulting and complete retro-fit of the green house of which would increase the lease rate from $10 per sq ft per month to $25 per sq ft.

2. What is your role in obtaining licensing of a tenants crop or helping the client market his product?

Our role is in identifying the I-502 Licensee, provide the build-out expertise, and grow team and infrastructure products are marketed through consultants working under our umbrella.

3. Are you confident you can meet short term financing needs through private financing?

Yes, we have a $200,000 line of credit and once we begin to crop out we will be able to self finance.

How would you finance expansion?

Expansion would be done through retained earnings and or a small financing once north of 15 cents

4. How do you see the breakdown of your revenue between cannabis and non cannabis crops?

We are fully cannabis oriented 100%.

5.Do you have any plans for obtaining your own marijuana license in either Canada or the US?

Yes, once it is recreational marijuana is legal in spring of 2017 apparently

6. How do you see the ultimate breakdown of your revenue between Canada and the US?

US is the complete an only focus for growth and revenue. We plan to expand to over 7, i-502 LP's in Washington along and then plan to expand to Oregon. Until Canada has figured out what they are planning to do we have no plans to spend money on the Canadian side of the market.

7 .What is your long term vision for where you can be 5 years from now in terms of expansion , revenue, stock listing and stock price?

The goal is to move to a mid-cap level, on the TSE, and under a REIT structure.... which would translate over the $ 2.50 level... This is our long term goal over the next few years, and is not a guarantee. Please contact your Investment Advisor for guidance.
