Im surprised people still think this is going to hit .30 again, we are 9 months since that spike, over 2ish years since they were tenant progress and they still don't have revenues or solid tenants. If you guys know anything about the Washington market you would know it is overly saturated and prices are going down down down. Retail prices of $6/gram now and that's after all the processing, packaging, distribution and the shops cut... These guys missed the boat by a long shot.
