Anything is possible but the point is there is 0 indicators here that they will be successful. I like to invest with at least decent odds and a bit of fundamentals... not just "well anything can happen"
I dont see any at least but if you want to tell us your side as to what is going well and will make them successful then your view is definitely wanted. The problem is all we have seen so far is "you will miss out" and "dont listen to the bashers" "The chart is sh!tting rainbows"
Glad to hear your dad got better but thats a completely different situation...
What you fail to understand is New Age Farms just sold what was basically their company for 3.2 million dollars... (if the sale goes through even) they really dont have anything left except a bit of cash they are trying to throw at a medical company that doesn't even appear to have a website. Weather MYM had assets or not they had a business plan and stuck with it and made it.
If the sale goes through they get 3.2 mllion to pay off debts and use to try to buy another business but have so much dilution they are going to have a real issue raising any capital.
If it doesn't go through, they just showed their company isn't even worth 3.2 million.
These guys don't even have an office... get real
I would argue the difference is that MYM had strong management and NF has already proven to have extremely weak management who could not execute. Management is always one of top things to consider when buying stocks.
Have a good night.
