Fraud potential !!

Fraud potential !! I loaded 1500$ this summer

now im trying to widthraw my cash... 

i did the tranfer from my netcents acccount on july 26tj  stil dont have the money in the bank

I called, wrote to them they replied, saying it will be done today august 8 !!!

They called me, leaving me a message  that the person who need to sign was at the hospital august 11 
 Since then no more answer !!! 

Somebody else or am i alone in this situation ?
