Not trolling. Believe what you want, hindsight is always 20/20. Back and Forth on Data Ownership rights. Supplier acknowledges and agrees that all right, title, and interest in and to the Data and any derivative works is exclusively owned by [EDITED OUT], including, without limitation, Data that is downloaded by Supplier.
