Sold GTG - Explanation

Sold GTG at a small gain. If WM sold some adjacent land rights to GTG, does that not tell us that it will not be acquiring GTG and that it is of the view that the GTG's land package is not that promising? 

What am I missing here? 

Also, GTG does not appear to have much other than land rights and a need to raise cash to drill. So dilution is on the horizon. 

I am much more comfortable with my holdings in WM and BAR.

WM did not sell any land to GTG.  GTG bought land from stakers/prospectors that staked the land before WM had the big hits and was a .20 stock doing nothing.  Wm clearly states in their news that they are trending northwest and feel the source of the gold is the Jeremy Pluton.  GTG is right on the pluton. The new land to the south GTG just got is close to this new BAR hit GTG will
