Sounds like most of the discussion of cannabis being a potential "cure" is around cancer and is still unproven as of yet. It is an effective treatment for all the other diseases and ailments mentioned in the video, but not a cure.
Another cool factoid: Counterintuitively, studies have discovered that smoking cannabis actually
reduces one's risk of lung cancer.
