On first read, I'm pretty happy with the deal for a few reasons:
1. Pennsylvania 
2. Long term strategic partner w extensive experience
3. Heavily invested management on both sides

In my mind, this comes down to positioning similar to the "Amazon/Canopy model". Growth, growth, growth. They seem to be building a solid foundation of consistency of supply, product, brand. 

I guess we'll see what the market says this morning.... GLTA
