Good News But why didn't it budge

Good News But why didn't it budgeThat was good news that they are generating income...Whether its little or not Having $2 bucks in my pocket is always better than having $0..  I can still take a bus from point A to point B... But with no income generated the company wouldnt not essentially work... 

So my question is how come the price didnt not budgeee,  Its like people werent even happy with this news..

Calif and nevada deals and new need to come soon.. Hard to believe 4 months ago this was trading at .45 cents

now its lost 30 cts.. it needs new investors and more ppl to put some money it, because bag holders arent ready to put more money it..

I picked up a good chunk today
