RE:RE:EAT's response to Sessions' Memorandum I believe it was a response to the CSE's request for risk assessments from various cannabis companies (link to news report below). I agree it is a non issue for the industry in the long term, however I don't think it's a bad thing for businesses to clarify how rescinding the Cole memo will impact their specific operations, especially those businesss which are heavily involved in the US cannabis industry.
