Let me paint the picture for you come this fall. Multiple states will be legal and thriving coupled with the world's largest unprotected border between Canada and US, the US will essentially have no choice but to at least reschedule. A situation like that is physically impossible to enforce and they will not spend money fighting it when they can benefit in the billions. I see a full federal legalization more likely though and would probably follow rescheduling.
