Why would my butt hurt over Tinley raising 5 million dollars.  Less dilution in the sharefloat and those share's warrants are going to raise more money for the company and not cost 10% like the financing that EAT did plus the 8% that the brokers added.  8 million minus 18% (1.4 million dollars) puts EAT at 6.6 million raised and they're still paying 10% more every year.  I hope the best for EAT but I am more comfortable with the low float @ Tinley.  About 90 million shares now and on the verge of an exciting launch for their T27 in California.  EAT did more of a share-backed loan than a pipe that is going to cost them $800,000 per year in interest to keep this multi-layered business above water, just for that 8 mil.  EAT needs products rippin' off shelves in a State where they can partake in the value added from manufacturing to service that debt.
