This is a good move for Billy.  What happened to that Calyx deal with all of the oil expertise?  Has Billy got better Kung fu?  Billy is a smart guy, oil extraction wizard and leading extractor of cash or shares or options from Nutritional High.  
It seems the real estate wizard cancelled the California deal for the property that was supposed to be the oil crackin' facility.  It didn't say how much that cost us.
No mention of sales progress in Cali or a list of retailers selling our fine products.  Maybe queering the deal on the Cali property was a good move because it was a duplication.
Billy is a guy with a history of accomplishment and commonsense.  It would be nice to see him run the company.  jmho, glta and dyodd
