haha, you're such a repetitive idiot with absolutely nothing new to say.  You should seriously listen to your own advice and do your own due dill.

California is a place to correct all of those failures and be truly successful and come out on top of these deals.  Jim Frazier is a guy that gets things done and Billy is well recognized for his oil extraction expertise.  Billy also knows California with previous successes there with a Co-op.  
Half of the real estate deals done by this company, if they are profitable or useful to the expansion of this company are long term and come with a lot of overhead.  
The US war on drugs is being forced to change their attitude and laws and it is happening quite quickly imho, so much so that centeralization of manufacture could become possible and our products could cross State lines, which would make all of that real estate useless to us.
I know I have been "difficult" for some SH investors, but I am concerned for all investors that we don't do stupid deals.
With Jim's arrival  to Colorado, he made things happen.  Sadly the foundation of the deal turned sour and the type of return expected is in question.  Continuing to throw money at bad deals causes me concern.  With Billy's extraction expertise and Jim's "get her done" attitude, we have a real chance in California, so let's go full boar with conquering Cali before we try to conquer the Universe.  glta and dyodd
