We know Nevada deal is close to closing.  However, we won't count their earnings as ours until that deal is officially closed.  However we don't need Green Therapeutics to look amazing in the next financials....we've got CALYX and we should still make some eyes pop with their numbers.

Question is.......when are we reporting?
