RE:RE:Don’t call me a basher but WTF......Apologies for the name screw-up but that is the problem, the questionability of great assets. Some of those assets aren't that great when the smoke clears, but that is just my humble opinion. If they are really great, why did they sell? Some of those deals had a long time recovery to satisfy debt and make a dollar, which I label as a drain, which accelerates our probability to circling the drain.
We could always get a rising tide to raise our boat, or one of those well financed capital pool companies could save us.
It is no secret that I would like to see Posner go off and run one of his other layered in companies or at least sell his investment in this one. That could raise the price 50% on its own. jmho, glta and dyodd
