It's a re-application process.  I have no idea how long that's supposed to take.  I know that they've secured a series of distribution licences in a hurry.

As far as Neutrisci goes, EAT management should have cleared the hurdles by now imho for the reason that others are able to manufacture in California and there is lots of product reaching consumers, so somebody has cracked the code.
