Documents on Sedar as of todayLooks like we have more available information regarding that special meeting. The meeting is about voting on certain amendments, mainly in reducing the Conversion price to 0.15$ on the 10% senior unsecured convertible debentures, which are maturing on March 14,2021. The meeting will be held on December 30th. I only hope the Halt is not due to the ''Pending news'' that will transpire from this meeting.
