Please do not lecture me about the need to do DD. But to answer your question, I bought because I saw the volume, looked at the chart and recognize signals when I see them. I make enough money in life to gamble and this was my latest choice for a gamble. In all honesty I couldn't care less about this company and no, I'm not a penny flipper. I bottom feed stocks and check in on them every few months. I understand for this one that changes in legislation will be the driver.
