While it is still an issue, I don't think it will be going on much longer (espacially since the US treasury secretary has called for weed friendly banking recently). The feds have lost and I'm sure they will soon be reaping the rewards of losing. That's a huge amount of money to say no to so I don't see it going on much longer. It will be federally legal in no time or will at least have a better framework for the legal states as well as protection from the federal law. The whole Jeff Sessions thing may have been a scare tactic to stop the Canadian companies from aquiring so rapidly in the states, protecting US buisness. Has Jeff Sessions actually done anything other than wave his figner around? No, he hasn't and I don't expect him to. Again, government changes are slow so I only see this benefitting companies like Nutritional High as there will be less competition until things are sorted out. If it takes 1-2 years, great! Think how far NH will be by then in terms of aquisitions and production ability. This is definitely one of my better investments.
