Lol great example picking a company with the last closing price at $0.02. Look how well that's worked for them. Real winner of a company you decided to do your DD on.

To further my point, if EAT were to carry out a similar option, to buy back 5% of outstanding shares, it would cost $3.2M at current levels. What a terrible waste of money to increase your valuation by 5%. They can increase their value way more than that by investing that within. Think of how much greehouse space $3.2M can get you, or more production equipment, or expansion of Calyx, etc...

The company you chose would spend 500k on their total option. Big difference.
