Us people who read the PR back then understood it to mean whats to come if all goes well and the effect was the same the stock price kept falling into the christmas selloff period. Nothing new there. So then woodwise it must be the spirit of mother theresa wanting to buy up all those shares instead bottom feeding investors like yourself?
