RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Way Forward point of order pro bono means free of charge contingency means they collect a pre determined percentage of an award on settlement. that said the people running this company although they have stellar track record as geologists working in the industry I believe they're terrible at managing business aspect. they don't even have the business acumen to take or return phone calls to the office numbers they provide on there press releases. if these people had allowed the stock price to rise by the meager $0.05 I would be ahead as it is right now I am out of pocket over $35,000 US dollars due to their misguided rollback. and yes that means I had accumulated over 1.2 million shares.
