<Sigh!> Lots of companies operating on thin budgets are not doing conferences these days, or maybe you don't notice because you are not too much in touch with goings on in this sector.  Those conferences might be free to retail investor attendees, but they are not free for companies doing presentations.  And even if NL could present for free, putting one together and paying for transportation, food and lodging are not.
