Don't Buy Even at 1 cent until Convertible Note is Addressed

This management failed to realize that the key to attracting new investors in this company is addressing the Predatory Convertible Note. Without addressing it, anyone buying the shares or PP is acting out of ignorance.

Seems like a smart idea to me and not Predatory debt holder since no new shares have been converted since May 16 as of yet at least. Shares were converted at .0076c. Be a nice realized gain before split. ITG has been loading up too. Company has the joint silver venture that is all paid for by the other party and a million dollar bonus by end of next year. Exactly right! Predatory lending, sadly, is a fact of life in the world of exploration-phase mining companies.  While it is not usually a health sign, neither is it a sign of near-term death.  It's one of those "It depends" arguments.  Each situation has to be weighed against a set of pros and cons.  In this case, I'm it.
