"....005 gains is about all that seems to be happening." That's right, for now.  If Reyna reports good news on drilling, volumes and prices will change for the better.  But if drilling suggests more work is needed, NLR share price will stay about the same or fall. It is too late for weak hands to sell for a tax loss, so many such holders are just being fatalistic.  ...more

There are four more months to pay finally pay off the investor in shares or cash!  Woohoo, finally this debt will be paid in full and hopefully the company has learned its lesson with this type of financing deal.  Realty

Question to the board here.  Why did NLR pay a $40,000 "finders fee" to someone for the Reyna deal?  So, you are telling me that someone had to bring this deal to your attention or did you pay an attorney to negotiate it for you?  Just want to clarification.  Realty

"No one is involved in finding this relationship or opportunity for NLR." I thought you were talking about a loan of 40K, not the buyout on NLR interest in Medicine Springs.  If you believe there is a connection, you are guessing.

ValuePro, So you are telling me that NLR had to pay a "finders fee" for the buyout of their interest in Medicine Springs from Reyna Silver and this is normal?  NLR and Reyna Silver already brokered a deal previously.  Why would NLR need to pay someone 40k as a finders fee to do another deal with Reyna Silver?

O.k., I've sorted out what my confusion is.  1) I thought you were talking about a finder's fee for the most recent financing.  You are not. 2)  In reviewing both companies' press releases concerning the transaction, it appears that BOTH are paying a finder's fee.  a)  Reyna says, "In connection with the Acquisition Agreement, the Company has agreed ...more
