Preliminary prospectus are always without prices. They are also called red herring just to get interest. SIz of offering and pricing will happen guaging what market will accept if the aquisition is amazing the pricing could be above market and if increase to business then up to 5-10% below last traded value. All this will be knwn with final prospectus.

It is all speculation at this time.
