This company is severely overvalued.

This company is severely overvalued. There are so many other players in this AR space, the valuation here is ridiculous.  Lots of claims of making big big saas deals though many customers are one-and-done, or don't even implement after signing the first year.  ARR is a joke.

Paul (CEO) was conpetent running the company at a lower valuation though has no clue how to steer this ship now.

Their salespeople are not strong, they just lost their CRO.

They have already cold-called the entire education and big event companies, and now they are shaking the small caps for a few $$$.

Reveue is going down, product is extremely hard to implement.

Good luck to those invested long, just a word of warning.
