Did they meet the min. required # of days to be above $4.00 to meet NASDAQ requirements?

Nope. From what I can find you need 90 consecutive days over $4 USD, we only had about 20 and that's all gone now thanks to that F'n shorting C'cksucker and the idiot panicing shareholders. Have to start from scratch again if and when we get back to $4. This set us back months or maybe years if the sharks keep attacking every month and keep driving Nextech down.
