NewAge (African Global Energy) Ltd (the operator of the Khalakan Block) put this PDF out a while back. (see link below)
They where then preparing to drill a well in Q3 2013, later on we heard october or Q4. If I understood it correctly it had to do with when they could get their hands on a rig.

However, the info/rumour about a "Turkish entity" entering the Khalakan PSC is still bothering me. Well, time will tell, sooner or later!
