I am Out Guys I am out because the RS is too big 200X1 this will leave the company with almost no shares in the hand of small investors so when they pay the debt then gives shares to raise money for a deal I am guessing this will end up with 30 to 40 million shares (with a good business plan is ok) but if regular investors have only 1 million shares or less there will be no interest even if those shares could go to 10 dollars. I will wait on the side line.
