RE:My guess this will be the one stock to own Following on from catalyst post: my thoughts on value creation!
1) announcement of project financing ...should see the stock trade into the analysts forecast range .80
2) announcement of a credible EPCM partner add a dime to above .90
3) buchanns 43 101 neutral estimates already baked into cake
4) 3rd project MOU north of 1.20 as it will add to NAV substancially.
5) cash flow in 1rst half of 2023 north of 3 ...proves scalable ruthlessly repeatable model
Risk is execution on a timely manner !!!
