Shares Floating

According to my broker RGO has 4.281 million shares outstanding and of that only 1.217 are floating. Alot of the shares are locked up so yes this should move up easily with any buying pressure. Going to be tough to get your bid filled and maybe your ask as well.

With some good news this could go up to 3 or 4 bucks i would think.
Comment by GenHandgrenade on Feb 26, 2021 3:35pm
One of the last trades on the 24th was a million at .01(or $2 bucks consolidated) and .015 (3 bucks consolidated) was the recent high with millions being traded. That was on 0 news. I figure we can at least make that. Ofcourse AB will have to decide which price the stock will be when they settle the approx. 24 million in outstanding debt. The settling of the debt will happen before they pump it to ...more

That 24 million debt , AB only paid a little over a million for , talk about profit

So they settle up their debt.....Figure out a stock price.......And hopefuly have a decent startup and some new $$....... Maybe we have a chance here......

AB has been upfront and he seems like an honest guy so far....... Last year at the beginning of Covid I talked to him and asked him if RGO had a decent chance of getting up and running again and he said he doesn't know....he said he also lost a substantial amount of his own funds on the Kurd play.......So I have faith over here so far

With all due respect - he's no dummy, he knew very well this was a losing game initially, he needed the tax write off. He ended up with 8500 in assets at the end of the day - think about that. His corporate lawyers are having a field day with this. IMO he'll make some grandious announcement, issue more shares (millions) and at the same time, borrow more money, drive the stock up (maybe ...more

SF, why're you so negative. You sold your shares and made some profit. Are you trying to buy back in cheaper? Anyone that bought in or had shares remaining know the risks. Heck, I knew the risk when I bought a company with shares worth 0.005. It was a gamble, it paid off and now might pay off even more. If you don't mind, let us enjoy our potential opportunity without sh!tt!ng on it ...more

Danabnorm.. you're an idiot - this is a comment board, whether you like a comment or not has no significance here. I'm discussing the past present and future of RGO as well as viable alternatives to this POS stock. It's CEO has no care for you or any other shareholder here. He let the the paperwork slide and drove RGO into near oblivian - he gave us no proper "legal" or TSX ...more

Hahaha, you're probably no fun at parties.

Futhermore Dannyboy, yes there are risks associated with any stock. But being taken advantage of by a thief and a con should not be part of the risk formulation when assessinng the purchase and sale of any stock.

There are thieves all over the vulture exchange. You obviously know. But sometimes even the retailers catch a break. Sorry if you lost money.

Thanks for caring - no monetary loss but a big waste of time and energy trying to keep up with some dope that won't keep his paperwork up to date and/or keep shareholders informed as to his intentions. Hell he's still up to his old tricks - "something coming, sorry - can't tell you what". We even had  to guess as to whether (and how) RGO was trading again under an X ...more

If you recall however, this company was run into the ground by the previous management. We were lucky AB decided to do something with it. He'll make a lot more off rgo but we'll still be able to make something. As I said, I'm glad I was able to take profit and I'm still excited to see what happens. Good luck on your next purchases on the vulture.

I would give the guy the benefit of the doubt but you are right this happens a lot in the venture. That is why I sold (beside that I do really call management and I learned the hard way not to trust even if they seem honest). No RS I would hold here for a while, I might buy back at sub twenty here when RGO has 30/40 million shares after debts and deal are in place and if it looks good to me.   ...more
