You are on my list for Trueclaim Exploration (TRM) and I thought I would give you the opportunity to participate in a private placement priced at .16 with a full .25 warrant attached good for eighteen months. It has a four month hold. Get back to me right away by email or by calling me, as it will close this week as far as commitment. (These happen quickly!) I can explain placements if you are not familiar with them. This will be a small one that will use the money for drilling Black Diamond silver holdings in Arizona. I have been looking forward to the furthering of this project since I became involved in the company.
Private placements have been where I have made the most money over the years. The main reason lies in the warrant which is essentially risk free, in that the price of the stock should be over the warrant price (in this case .25) sometime in the next eighteen months, before one would exercise the right to buy at that price. Of course, the company must combine the promise of development with an attractive entry price, which this does.
