A bit of Math.

If you ignore the 2 consolidations since Sept 26th, 2013 (less than 5 year period)...the # of shares fully diluted (assuming all warrants are exercised) equstes to roughly 6.8 billion shares.

If trading today, that would equates to $0.0008 or roughly 1/12th of a penny.

Which in Canadian $$'s term is not a viable denomination.
