Very Interesting News To Say the Least!
what i find really interesting here and wondering how the pieces are fitting is that initially Wow was aromatherapy but as this news release has indicated it is now going to also include the "shrooms" and I wonder if that is all being supplied via Bloom the company that New Wave has a stake in but as to my knowledge is not 100 % wholly owned subsidiary but i will have to go back and see. I wonder if it isn't and the company is successful in selling what I am beginning to think Bloom supplies through its distribution channel if it will acquire Bloom fully if it isn't already owned by New Wave I don't recall it being 100% fully owned but will now have to go back and see what the case may be. From my recollection it has a fair size stake about 75% i thought?
In any case, Bloom's offerings look really good they are extremely passionate and driven in what they are doing. Everything comes down to branding and successfully moving product through the distribution channel in mass quantities while keeping overheads down hence the online selling.
There is a lot that can happen here and good to see that the share value is moving and it should continue to do so. I also believe it is quite undervalue actually and once again don't take the 3.5 million accretive revenue lightly that is doing more than other pennies that are trading higher than this. Not to mention that there is a historic 38 and 40 percent gross profit margin so that is quite impressive actually.
I will be seeing where things go and looking to make a first strike on a double with a handle of shares which is around the .25 mark but I am not promising anything as taking a little profit on some shares is always tempting but I am not sure if I will do that or wait for my originally planned double--make it about .27 as the commission will eat into it. I did yap about buying more shares at .125 and said that even if it falls to .11 that would likely be the floor so this looks really good happy to see it and would love to see this over .25 so that I will likely take some monies then although right now it is tempting just so if anything goes south i can always buy back without doing i can't but if it keeps going north than i lost the doubling out on a few shares so i will likely hold for that as I know this is worth way more than it was trading before today's news however typical buy on rumor sell on news oh well. For now I will enjoy the price increase and will love to see it leg up this time instead of falling as much as it had.--a floor of .15 will be good for the time being before the leg above .20.
