The Sunbeam Gold Property is located about 30 km northeast of Atikokan, north-western Ontario.

Consolidation will almost certainly happen once the company makes some positive progress with fundraising and exploration work. Management doesn't want to risk the share price drifting back down if consolidation is done too soon (like what happened to Victory Nickel in 2014-2015). They want / need to wait until there is some positive momentum before consolidating. I expect it will go 10:1 if/when it does happen.
