The Oxy Yates Property is located in Eddy County. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Permex Petroleum US Corporation, which owns and operates on private, state and federal land.

Previous to Permex it appears they tried privately with kentucky petroleum limited partnership with out success much the same operations they are doing with permex.

Why would people give them money with a history of only losing money and trying not to pay creditors back?
