I did not think that this was possible even tho Permex would meet all requirements except the $3 share price.

After more research, I found that exceptions have been made if the company already has one of several US listings including the OTC.

Permex does have a OTC listing..

The $3/share rule seems a little arbitrary, but wouldn't be surprised if some kind of reverse split happens to get up to $1.50 or something. My understanding is that the uplisting should take place within 3 months, according to latest presentation.

Back door via the current US listing provides the option,,

A reverse takeover of one of the nano cap stocks trading on the Nasdaq is also an option. Some of these have market caps less than $10/m..
