It's been...42 business days since the evidence package has been submitted. Keep in mind HC employees can take vacations too during summer so I suspect that might alter timing somewhat. I don't see any reason to worry, anything government works at 2 speeds, slow and slower.
Nextleaf has a fully built out facility which was documented in the evidence package. They also worked with ex HC employees to do mock ups to ensure things are correct, T's and I's dotted, that sort of stuff. Canndelta I believe is the consultant. I'm sure everything is in order and that the inspector in charge of our file has or will be signing off and passing the information to be processed by his/her superiors at the HC office.
It's possible we get our license this Friday or next, I don't know for sure but if there was any issues with the evidence package submission it would have been handled long ago, that's why Canndelta was hired, to make sure things are done to code and rules have been followed.
