It could be to enable them to put their business clients products into the market without the client having to get the license. This could potentially open up the client possibilities. OR it could be to bring their own Vapes to market. If they could bring their Vapes to market and use their IP advantage to be the cheapest vape on the market to retailers then would that help establish the value of their IP? That would be interesting to watch but they would have to commit to going with a low price.
