To reach profitability they need to diluted us by another 50 million shares lol then Paul will come out with a post on Instagram posting companies that got a billion buyout to Nextleaf lol will end up getting it to at a 400 million  float if this keeps up lol good job Charles I'm glad you weren't able to reach profitability before Q3 2022 this is bullshyte

I would say financing growth to start with to bridge gap between debtors and receivers etc whist ramping up. They don't have much cash on hand that should not be news to anyone here. could be really positive will be interesting to see at what price and how much.

If you do the math the raise wouldn't be under 0.45 so that's realistic I'll take it

They should be heading to a bank and not diluting us like this what shareholder value Paul keeps talking about poison pill was ment for them lol and not a buyer what arrogance got us in the end

They don't have the capacity to service much more debt. They're already working on a convertible deb with face vlaue of $3,000,000. This is all with negative operating cash flows.  We don't know what the intention is with this. It could easily be postitve news. Maybe they're expecing a run up in share price and would like to issue equity at those elevated levels? Only

All the hype abou the system we shouldn't be in this mess if Paul would of considered buying land and growing own crop we would not be in this situation I think to come now and pull this is absolutely a blow to share holders that have been here for 3 years instead of investing in mushrooms why not just guarantee supply by land from crop helloooooooo
