On the day of the announcement, I called the firm managing the offer for Nextleaf and left a detailed message on their answering machine saying I was a current shareholder willing to buy shares through the offer. They did not called me back yet. Could be it is already over-subscribed. Strange still.

Adventurous, to be honest I tried the same thing.  But it seems like this offer is designed to enrich insiders with below-market shares to help them average down.  If you get a call back and are able to purchas shares let us know and I will do the same.  But as I've right now been a no go for the common folk.

Funny B&B because, if I follow your conspiracy theory, for them make money, OILS will get balistic as soon as these nasty fellows will have grab the "cheap" 20c shares. Great! I bought a truckfull at 18-19c myself and I am ready for lift off. I do tend to share your view on this, as you see. Even more funny these 19c shares are still available on the market and nobody buys them

Adventuruous, glad you could get some more shares at 18-19 a week after you doubted that shares would be availble in the low 20s lol.  I bought some more at 19 as well, which brings my average down to 0.245 so if it ever gets back to .28-.29 I will have made some money.  As it sits now I'm down about 20%.  I know some guys are down like 50-60% so I feel for you.
