Who said investing in stocks was easy. You buy OILS at 50 cents and it goes up everafter. And if it does not, you own the legitimate right to complain everafter. Crazy. You will convince nobody with this kind of argument, but a few others on this board who keep gracing us with their one-liners between two beers. Nobody promised you whatsoever. You simply took the risk, hoping for a reward and failed. Or maybe, in a few months, you will realize that you were simply not patient enough. 

Moreover, if only you had bought your shares at 17 cents a few days ago, like some of us did, instead of 50 cents at the time cannabis was still a fantasyland industry, your comments today would be much different. You know that. Nothing to do with the validity of IP, which we now get for free at such a low share price. 

So here we are today, just like you in the past, taking some calculated risk buying OILS at 17 cents when Nextleaf is way more mature. If we fail, we will bite the bullet. And move on. Get a life. Just like the institutional buyers who invested over $3 millions a week ago at 20 cents a share.

Seen from here the risk-reward opportunity does not look so bad. The more you try to convince us we are wrong, the more your own past decision to buy at 50 cents looks awkward to say the least. After all, you keep telling us you lost your shirt being wrong about this stock. 

No bad blood man, you're one of us. We have all being wrong about a stock in the past. Let's try to be constructive here. Wish you well in your future undeertakings. Happy New Year to all.

I'm just curious about your statement that "institutions" were the $3M @ 20c buyers. Where does this perception come from? I actually perceived it to be more retail and institutionally mixed. Thanks in advance.

You are right Shneps, hard to be definitive about this. All I know is that, as "retail", I was never called back by the agent managing the deal. Also hard to determine what is an "institution". A bare-bone office in Kamloops with a couple millions or a major bank? For me, to be able to come up with this type of money within 10 days might be called institutions or, as I
