Can anyone make sense of this?

Can anyone make sense of this?i am just mind boggled at the trading last 10 days or so. volume up considerably, 100 - 200 - 300%. The stock price barley moving at all. The bid and aks at 999. Typically high volume is indicative of people selling to get out or the stock price is sky rocketing. This is doing neither. I just don't understand it. I know the stock market is almost futile to read into, especially into todays markets. but is their anyone out there that has an opinion to why such high volume on little movement? I mean we must have traded the float at least once by now.  You could argue funds are trying to hold this thing down but with so much volume moving wouldn't they have already had their chance at picking up tons of shares? wouldnt by now they want the stock price to move? I know im a relatively green investor (by only have a few years exp.) but i just don't get it. If anyone can offer some insight, please do. Thanks.
