RE: Potential earnings @ full production

RE: Potential earnings @ full productionSorry about the confusion riker, I just wanted to calculate the break even point for opti based on total site production as these are the numbers that are usually thrown around.  So the site total bitumen production should be around the 50K bl/day mark (around 15,000 bl/day net to opti) for opti to cover all of their interest and operating costs.

At the end, I calculated 82 cents/share gross earnings at full production with $90 oil for next year.  So I think that we are on the same page.

Now these numbers are based on a SOR of 3, but with $7.50 gas. Since we now have $4 gas but higher SOR's, it may be a wash.  I don't know how much nat gas is required on top of syngas so it's really hard to say.  I'm going to assume that as the SOR's come down, and we still have cheap gas, the overall numbers should get better.
